I thought it was pretty epic myself and have huge respect for all the performers, but especially the original Sabbath members still bringing
it at their age. It'd would've been nice if the original Blizzard of
Ozz band would've been fully represented as well (obviously without
Randy Rhoads), but Sharon is still truly evil. :-)
I didn't hear if Jake E. Lee was there, speaking of Evil Sharon. Looking
on the web, he was there. Good to know. He was instrumental in Ozzy's post-Rhoads albums and cheated out of writing credits (then summarily
fired) after the last one.
After that, he formed Badlands - their debut album is one of my
favorites, and Ray Gillen's voice combined with Jake E. Lee's guitar
work was incredible.
