I hope that he and the other in his administration are meticulous. Being that way about things makes a big difference. Removing Ketanji would be priceless. Then he'd be able to nominate the REAL first African American woman to be nominated for the USSC (if she's still available) and then the history books (for anyone keeping track of such racist statistics) would be totally accurate,

Biden may have been fake since day one. Hardly anything was signed by him.

This was my original thinking on this. Laws become laws after a certain time passes... If the President doesn't sign it. But Executive Actions, Orders and all the other things like pardons and whatnot needs his actual signature.

Once a thread starts to unravel this mess Trump will be able to undue the damage Biden did.

It's more complicated than that. Look up "Pocket Veto" for more information.

So it will depend on the law passed. If signed by auto-pen, then the 10 day deadline doesn't kick in, so we can probably have the law nullified.

If Sleepy Joe didn't sign any of them, letting the 10 day window expire, it will be harder to get them nullified since that would require us prove that Biden was not mentally competent.

At this point, I think that only hardcore Lefties can't see that Biden was not mentally competent, so the "10 day window" becomes irrelevant since Joe couldn't review the bill anyway.

Once a thread starts to unravel this mess Trump will be able to undue
the damage Biden did.
