    Hi Dave,

I use the bread machine - but bake it in the "real" oven.

I usually use the bread machine for pizza crust, rolls, etc. Used to
use it all the time for bread but then got the KA.

I gave my nice KA to mt brother and his bride when theirs rolled snake eyes. When I bought this house I decided it was time to get a nice
mixer to help with some of my big ideas. Best Buy had a big "open box" sale on and I bought a Cuisinart. It's a pretty good mixer and
    certainly worth
what I paid - but I'm getting lazy as I age out so it sits, covered up most of the time. Bv)=

We debated getting a Cuisinart but a sale on KA at the Fort Stewart (GA)
PX when we were in Savannah tipped the scale to that one. Also, using
Janis's mixer at the picnic in 2008 convinced us, got a KA Professional.
I'd tried our daughter's 5 qt mixer and was less than impressed but the
6 qt Professional is a whole different ball game.

But, that's odd because ST is mostlu saccharine and Stevia is
    "natural".

That is a head scratcher. (G)

Probably a "propietary secret". And one they don't want the EPA (as it
    was pre-Trump) to know about.

Could be, but I'm not losing sleep over it.

There's worlds of difference between the tilt-head and lift-bowl Kitchen
Aid mixers. Both the KA i gave to Ms. Vicky and my current Cuisinart are
    "fixed head" machines.

Mine is the bowl lift model also. Rachel has the tilt head; she likes it
but it wasn't heavy duty enough for me.
