    1 c Norwegian brown cheese;
    - grated
    2 tb Honey
    2 tb Apple cider vinegar
    1 pn Mace
    1 pn Salt

    Blend. This is a very sweet dressing, good with strongly flavored raw
    greens like spinach and beet leaves. Try also on grated raw beet.
