      Title: Coconut Milk Rice (Jaffna Style)
 Categories: Indian, Rice
      Yield: 3 Servings
 
      2 c  Rice
      2 tb Split mung dal
    1/2    Coconut; shredded
           Salt
 
  Boil the rice and dal in four cups of water for 20 minutes. Press 1
  cup milk from the shredded coconut and add it to the rice. Add salt,
  reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes, then remove.
