      Title: Chicken And Rice Casserole

      Yield: 12 servings
 
      4 c  Cooked white rice
      4 c  Diced, cooked chicken
    1/2 c  Slivered almonds
      1 sm Onion; chopped
      8 oz Can sliced water chestnuts;
           - drained
     10 oz Box peas; thawed
    3/4 c  Chopped celery
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup;
           - undiluted
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
           - undiluted
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      2 ts Lemon juice
      1 ts Salt
      2 c  Crushed potato chips
           Paprika
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a greased 13" X 9" baking dish, combine first 7
  ingredients. In a large bowl, combine soups, mayonnaise,
  lemon juice and salt. Pour over chicken mixture and toss
  to coat.
  
  Sprinkle with potato chips and paprika. Bake until
  heated through, about 1 hour.
