      Title: Peanut Loaf
 Categories: Indian, Vegetarian
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 c  Peanuts; roasted
      2 c  Flattened rice (poha),
           - wheat, or oats
      2 c  Fresh tomato juice
      1    Onion; minced
      3 tb Whole wheat flour
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Water
 
  To make tomato juice, put tomatoes and water through a blender and
  strain. To make the loaf, coarsely grind peanuts. Add salt to the
  juice and mix in flour, flattened grain, and onion. Bake in oiled
  dish for 30 minutes at 300?F.
