MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Breadfruit Curry #1

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      2 tb Cayenne
           Fresh ginger (1-1/2");
           - minced
  1 1/2 ts Mustard seeds
      8 tb Ghee
      3 cl Garlic; minced
      1 lg Breadfruit; diced 1/2"
      3    Broccoli; chopped
      4    Chinese eggplant
      2 ts Turmeric
      1 tb Cumin seed
    1/4 c  Sugar
  1 1/2 tb Salt
    1/2 c  Tamarind juice -OR-
      2    Limes; juice of
    1/2 c  Garam masala #6
 
  Cut breadfruit, broccoli, eggplant, and steam in a large pot. Mix in a
  bowl: ginger, garlic, cumin seed, chiles, black mustard, garam masala,
  turmeric. Heat ghee in frying pan. When hot but not steaming, pour in
  bowl's contents, stirring until mustard seeds start popping. Pour in
  tamarind and boil. Add spice mixture, sugar, and salt. Stir in steamed
  vegetables and let simmer for 15 minutes.
