    Title: Pumpkin Padachi

    2 c Ripe pumpkin; cubed
    1 c Yogurt
    2 c Water
    1 tb Oil
    1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Black mustard seeds
    1 tb Curry leaves

    1/2 c Coconut; grated
    1 ts Black mustard seeds
    1 Serrano

    Padachi is a vegetable curry made with coconut, yogurt, and mustard
    seeds.

    Grind masala ingredients in an electric grinder and set aside.

    Cook pumpkin in 2 cups water. Mix ground masala with the yogurt and
    add mixture to the cooked pumpkin. Bring to a boil. Mix well and
    remove from the heat.

    In a frying pan, heat oil and cook curry leaves and mustard seeds
    until they sputter. Season curry with this mixture.
