      Title: Tomato Hamburger Soup

      Yield: 12 servings
 
     46 oz Can V8 juice
     32 oz (2 bags) frozen mixed
           - vegetables
      1 lb Ground beef; cooked,
           - drained
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
           - undiluted
      2 ts Dried minced onion
           Salt & pepper
 
  In a 5 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 5 ingredients.
  Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until heated
  through. Season with salt and pepper.
