Anyway, either Canada is not listening to Trump's demands or they are stupid... or both.

Canadian "leaders" are Elitists. They think that they dictate the terms to the non-Elitists. They don't know how to negotiate. Because negotiation can only happen between equals.

The fix for Canada is either start working on the trade agreement or
stop selling their sh!t to the US and just move on.

I saw something in passing whereby they stated that Canada doesn't have the people to assist in manufacturing/innovation...

This could explain why Carney is getting China to manufacture their EVs and not having Canadians build them.
