    The US national debt has exceeded 40 trillion dollars for the first time. 40,000 billion dollars. It is accelerating, and all brakes are off for the Trump administration. Four years ago, the Republican narrative was very different. Back then, the budget had to be balanced, no matter what. Now, that is no longer an issue at all. That is how it always goes with the Republicans. Very monetarily conservative when they are in opposition, and going completely wild when they are in government.

    There was/is a difference between Joe and Trump though, the size of the economy.

    Trump wants to balance the budget and have the economy grow faster than the debt... and he's on target for that.

    I Googled that... The US debt climbed the most it ever had under Joe Biden. What you see above is a direct quote from Google.

    Now, we still have debt but the first time in decades and decades are economy is growing faster than the debt.

    So, before long we might be looking at a huge economy that is focused on the American citizen and the government spending is focused on the citizen and not the world governments.
