Since Unicode 3.2, U+2060 should be used within text, and U+FEFF may be treated as an [unsupported character](https://www.unicode.org/faq/unsup_char.html). However, if a program does this (for example, drawing a full width tofu or replacement glyph), the UTF-8 detection may not work correctly.
