I miss traditional camping, getting older really does suck. At some point I want to purchase a reasonable RV-style travel camper so that I can get outside

Just need to stage the vehicle with proper networking functions to accommodate
the rest of the family with their tech 'needs' =)
I wish I had a good answer for you on that. They do sell a roof mounted Wi-Fi extender.
If your phone has hotspot capabilities, you would be able to share your connection with
other devices.
When we travelled last August, I was able to use a Roku device to enable us to watch
recorded programs from our Spectrum TV app. I was also able to do some web design,
etc. But I would suggest investing in something that gives a good Wi-Fi connection to
start. I didn't have an extender, but I was still able to get by. I think you only need a
2mb connection to be able to stream.
