It's an old Microsoft program that I use to design web sites. Maybe yo make it

I don't have a Wine instance right here (I am running OpenBSD).
If it is an old program, then something worth trying is to configure
your Wine to run in compatibility mode set for the Windows version that program was designed to run on. Try with winecfg and play a bit with the configuration.

I am using a Win 11 to test out Synchronet, and it will work. If I can figure it out, I may host it on a leased server. I think I can do that for $70 a year. I am struggling with the network setup, so I may just forget about it.
Thanks for the info. I will still give it a try on the Linux machine, just to see if I can do it.
