it doesn't want to connect anyway, via the web or netrunner. i trued to net and pushed the connect via telnet button but it done nothing. then trying to log in via netrunner and all it showed was blank screen. please loook into the issue as i may not be the only pone having trouble.

Do you have any VPN(s) of sort, Potential firewall issue?
