I am confused on how to add other message boards like AmigaNet; HobbyNet, etc. I know about running in init-fidonet.ini and selecting the correct number. After, that I am not sure what to do. Sorry, I am new and maybe a stupid ?.

init-fidonet.ini is just a data file for use by init-fidonet.js. So you run init-fidonet.js, not init-fidonet.ini.

Depending on the network you're joining, if they have an echolist available for download, the script will automatically download the echolist and import it into SCFG for you.

That's what this step is: "Download and import an EchoList (list of FidoNet message areas) in SCFG->Message Areas" and it's automated when running init-fidonet.js, you'll get prompted (if the echolist is retrievable via http or https) if you want to download and install it. Just answer 'Y' to that prompt.

It's pretty well documented on the Wiki. You'll have to spend some time reading and putting some effort into it, though. I suggest you start

I got the message board setup and did areafix. I got a reply back and said had messages. However, the message board not updating the messages. Obviously, have something wrong here. I got 2 addresses 954:895/2 mystic-hobbies.com which I think is hub and my node is 954:895/71.

Basically all FTN message networks work the same. If you've already got FidoNet working, just make FSXnet the same way, obviously with different
node numbers, but the concept is exactly the same. I actually find it
easier to edit ../ctrl/sbbsecho.ini by hand, it's pretty
straightforward. Also, although I've never used it, there is that "init-fido.js" (probably not the exactly correct name) setup script that automates much of it. Run that and pick FSX.
