Here 'tis. You can short-cut the pickled cucumbers by using a nice pre-made/store bought dill pickle relish.

Title: Eggs w/Pickles

Yield: 6 servings
8 lg Eggs; hard boiled
4 md Pickled cucumbers
4 tb Butter
2 md Onions
Salt
Chop onion very finely and fry in the butter until light
brown, add finely chopped peeled cucumbers and stew for
10-15 minutes.
Grind eggs, add salt and stewed vegetables.
Stir thoroughly and decorate with greens.
Serve with sour cream. (And Ritz crackers - UDD)
