I ran into this today with Rick Smith. I'm getting feeds from him for
micronet and funet. We had to set the passwords the same, or when he'd poll
me I'd get a bad password error. Anyone ran into a similar issue? I'm
getting fidonet and League10 from LordTime, but the passwords there were just set the same for convenience.

Whenever I am linking with other nodes in multiple zones I always set the session and pktpwd (if any) the same.

That way mail for both zones can flow in one session.

Mail will still flow in both zones when passwords are different but you'll have to poll both zones independently and you may see these error messages in the log for the other zone.

I'm receiving multiple feeds from the same upstream with the same password
    for my connections - so...

    What version are using/running? (I'm running 2.31)

2.31. Yeah, it was a problem when the passwords were different. I could poll fine, but when he connected to me, we got a bad password error. Now that the passwords are the same for both nodes it's working just fine.
