    I don't know anything about the D&D genre. But I heard that the
    maze showed a brief cameo of some D&D characters from an
    earlier film.

    Just watched Dungeon & Dragons:Honor Among Thieves.

    Not bad.

    The CGI seemed to be extremely well executed.

    The "hither and thither" trick/spell was fun.

    The many of the fighting scenes were amusing.
