I was hoping that you could get high with recreational marijuana and have an abortion... But no go!!!

I'm sad... No I'm not, Trump killed it!!!

I find it ironic that many states passed laws prohibiting smoking anything in businesses and 50 (I think) feed from entrances/exits. Yet we seem to always have a problem with skunks lately.

Having Abortion enshrined as a "RIGHT" will allow the left to push the f*&k out of this until they get legal abortions in the 8th, 9th and 10th months. By adopting abstinence and identifying yourselves in a visible way, you are going a long way towards solving our problem of identifying the crazies so we can avoid even wanting to get entangled with them.

This is excellent. On behalf of the men of America, I thank you, and I hope you will soon persuade all women who feel the way you do to shave their heads. In fact, we would love it if your recognition signal were even less ambiguous. Maybe tattooing a big NO on your foreheads?

And what is the result of this 'health care?' Abortion on demand.

Wonen had these rights before the supreme court overturned Roe v Wade.

The lawmakers in MY state have not made it happen because according to
them they are representing their constiguents. This does NOT translate
to 70% want abortion on demand.

I am not sure what the percentage is in your area but I'd bet a dollar

What you just said is not true... the number of 70% comes when people
are asked if women can have an abortion in the first trimester... That number drops significantly for late term abortion.

If the Democrats would agree to first-term limits and non-elective late-term they'd have the votes today to codify the abortion laws...
but they want unrestricted access and have women chose to have an
elective abortion on the day of delivery.

Glad you brought that up... Though I'm against ALL of it, I would concede

O'Reilly indicated that Trump can do what I have outlined above. Because
they have due process he can not legally mass deport them without their
case being heard. They may be able to incarcerate them, I don't know, but where would they put them? There are laws and international agreements
about how you can treat incarcerated foreign nationals so it couldn't just
    be in a field somewhere.

One thing O'Reilly did not mention is how Trump's administration could influence the outcome of said trials, but they do have the right to a fair trial. I would also point out that I *think* they also share the right of
a speedy trial, which they currently are *not* getting.

So unless Trump decides to break the law, there will be no mass
deporations. If he decides to break the law, that would set a bad
precident as the suspending of due process for these persons could open the door for similar things being done to citizens.

Most abortions (93%) happened in the first trimester.

Throwing a "60% of late term" number out, making it sound like a big number,
is inaccurate. It would come out to 4 out of every 100 total abortions, or 4%. If "late term" is third trimester only, it would come out to 1 out of every 200, or 0.5%.

First trimester is what most people can probably agree on, too, and was
mostly until some conservatives starting pushing for tighter restrictions

My prediction has somewhat come true already: the hotels might not be closed yet, but NYC mayor Adams announced that he's no longer giving the migrants the $300 per week prepaid debit cards. (They will have t rape and pillage for their money from here on out.)

Oh, ya. Several people opined that simply not giving the illegals free stuff will cause them to deport themselves.

That's being a little too optimistic. He (Adams) claims that they're leaving NYC and going to places like upstate NY and/or back to Texas.

Many of these migrants are coming from countries that don't even have anything worth stealing. But here in the states, this is a thief's dream come true.

So unless Trump decides to break the law, there will be no mass deporations. If he decides to break the law, that would set a bad precident as the suspending of due process for these persons could open the door for similar things being done to citizens.

I found out the hard way that the right to an attorney (even if you can't afford one) only pertains to people accused of crimes and not to other people in desperate need of an attorney (not for people fighting for child custody.)

So these migrants who are awaiting trial, they aren't accused of a crime, so they don't have the right to an attorney, and they probably don't have the right to a speedy trial either.

There's nothing you can do to convince me... It's only 100,000 babies terminated in the later months.

Lets make it law... 1st trimester and any point after that... Cannot be elective and has to be a valid reason to terminate it... and the baby is not viable.

I've heard of the "right to a speedy trial" before, but I don't know if that pertains only to people accused of crimes, or to all people
    awaiting trial.

Under the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution, criminal defendants have the right to a speedy trial. This right is designed to protect three interests of the accused:

    1. Preventing oppressive pretrial incarceration: The right to a speedy trial ensures that defendants are not subjected to prolonged periods of pretrial detention, which can be oppressive and detrimental to their physical and mental well-being.
    2. Minimizing anxiety and concern: A speedy trial reduces the anxiety and concern associated with the delay of a trial, allowing defendants to prepare their case and focus on their defense without undue stress.
    3. Limiting the possibility of impaired defense: A speedy trial ensures that defendants have adequate time to prepare their defense, gather evidence, and consult with their attorneys, thereby maintaining the fairness of the trial process.

The Supreme Court has established a balancing test to determine whether a defendants right to a speedy trial has been violated. This test considers:
+ The length of the delay
+ The reason for the delay
+ The defendants assertion of the right to a speedy trial
+ Any prejudice to the defendant caused by the delay

In addition to the constitutional right, federal courts must also adhere to the provisions of the federal Speedy Trial Act, which sets time limits for the prosecution to bring a defendant to trial.

Most abortions (93%) happened in the first trimester.

Throwing a "60% of late term" number out, making it sound like a big number, is inaccurate. It would come out to 4 out of every 100 total abortions, or 4%. If "late term" is third trimester only, it would come out to 1 out of every 200, or 0.5%.

There's nothing you can do to convince me... It's only 100,000 babies terminated in the later months.

If I use your percentage - 60% elective after the first trimester - and the percentage of abortions that are not first trimester - 7% - there has been
no year where that would account for 100,000 babies. It would be less than 4,000 that are elective after the first trimester.

Lets make it law... 1st trimester and any point after that... Cannot be elective and has to be a valid reason to terminate it... and the baby is not viable.

Every time someone brings this up the Democrats go nuts.

I would go with "not viable." Third trimester they ofen can be viable. The problem we have is that we've decided to fix the late term abortion
problem, and save 4,000 unwanted kids, by making them all illegal in most places.

How many of those thousands of kids can I put you down for adopting?

Why does your beliefs on the matter mean more than the womans?

It doesn't, but it should matter equally. The unborn hasn't reached
a voting age yet, just like a toddler or teen hasn't. I'm simply
expressing my desire that they not be sacrificed.

It should be based on viability age. Living toddlers and teens are viable. Many late-term premature babies are viable without extensive life support.
Most early term premature babies are very much not viable.

That makes a very logical cut-off point.

    Stop it...

I saw a graph today that made me saw wow... It showed a graph of abortions performed since Roe... AND OMG... Abortions peaked in around 1990... It continued to decline, steady I might add, until the courts sent it back to the state. After that date there has been an increase in abortions.

Since 1990 abortions performed have decreased by ~ 2/3rds... Shocking, to me anyway. Giving expectant mothers the choice and assistance they seem to go with having the baby.

I say give women the support they need and if they choose to have an abortion have it early on...

If you guys on the left keep pushing unfeathered abortion any time... you might be sorry someday as someone might push for the rights of the unborn.

That answers it. The right to a speedy trial is for criminal
defendants. So the guarantee is not extended to migrants seeking

But we need to speed those up. I vaguely remember Trump saying at one
of his campaigns that he intends to hire more administrative law judges for this purpose.

The problem is that it takes time to vet these people to see that they are who they say they are. That's why the "Stay in Mexico" policy was so successful: The ones truely seeking asylum would go for it, while thes ones who were just looking for a quick way in didn't.

I am not on the left. I am on the side of logic and math, and not the side
of emotion and feelings -- things the left normally uses.

Mathematically, as you found out on your own, there is no big mass killing of babies. Mathematically, there are also very few second and third trimester abortions. Should there probably be fewer? Yes!

I believe no one should kill a viable and healthy unborn baby... Just hours
    r
days before it could be born naturally.

As I have said in other posts, viability should be the point of
determination as to whether or not it should be done. That is how Ohio
does it. During Roe v. Wade, that is how our state used to do it. That is
how the USA as a whole handled it until the AMA and others started sticking their noses into it not long before the Civil War.

    Google's AI says:

"Yes, migrants caught crossing the border illegally are typically charged with "illegal entry" which is considered a misdemeanor under US law, meaning they can face arrest, detention, and potential removal from the country; subsequent illegal re-entries can carry more severe penalties as felonies."

Instead of stoking and fanning the flames, they and their cohorts are poking the Lion, there is always a risk of being eaten.

Those on the left are especially triggered when words like bloody are used. The American people have bled at the hands of these illegals, our own
Donald J. Trump has bled w/ the assassination attempt.

They are eating the dogs, they are eating the cats, they are eating the pets of the people who live there. These are the words of Donald Trump on the debate stage. It was all lies.

You don't know what they've been eating, unless you've been dissecting them and/or analyzing their poop.

    Have you been doing that?

Aside from a viral FB post, which the original poster has since apologized
for, there has been no evidence of Haitian migrants eating pets in
    Springfield, Ohio.

The lady caught on video after supposedly eating someone's pet was in
Canton, was an *American* citizen, and was known to police due to her
    history of mental issues.

That solves one mystery, but there have been other reports of migrants eating livestock. Everybody has to eat something. I know desperate people who eat squirrels and bear meat every day.

If we have Americans who are allowed to work eating squirrels and bear meat every day, what will migrants without visas eat?

There are over 1,000,000 illegals already adjudicated with deportation papers...

I have not seen that. If that is the case, they should be deported and
could be deported ASAP as they are already adjudicated.

There are MS13 and other gang members and known criminals in the country...

I am aware of this. I am also aware of cartels making life difficult on some Native American reservations.

There are people raping and murdering US citizens, as well as other crimes...

So are our own citizens, unfortunately. They should be caught and tried
    for their crimes.

There are people eating the cats and dogs in Springfield OH.

No they are not. This one started with a lady who posted something on FB
that went viral and she has since apologized.

For anyone whose case has not already been adjudicated, they will need to
have a hearing/trial before they can be deported. I have *no* problems
with them being deported upon their case being adjudicated. I also have
*no* problems with suspending asylum claims until the current mess is
