Unsettled Mediterranean
Showers, sun breaks north

Many will see showers or extended rain, some sun breaks between.
Sunday
Cooler with scattered showers for the Iberia, heavy and times and snow
over high ground. A chance of showers across the central Mediterranean
Islands with sunny spells between. Showery and mostly cloudy for Italy.
Rain will be frequent along the Balkan coasts with a few breakaway
showers reaching further inland. Mostly cloudy here. Greece cloudy and
showery, sunnier east in Türkiye though cloud will build.
Scattered showers for most of France, perhaps persistent and at times
heavy in the southeast. Showers into Switzerland and north Italy with
snow on mountains. A scattering of showers for the Low Countries,
Germany, and on a lesser extend for Denmark. Scattered showers for
Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. Extended rain for north Romania, west
Ukraine, and south/east Poland.
Windy but often sunny in the Baltic states. Mostly sunny for Norway and
Sweden as well. Cloudier in Finland though with sun spells.
Monday
Portugal will be mostly dry with alternating cloud and sun. Some heavy
showers in north Spain, a few slipping southward. Frequent showers for
the Balearics as well as Sardinia and Corsica. Heavy midday showers
across central Italy with scattered showers further north, sun breaks
between. Heavy extended showers across the Balkan coasts with several
pushing inland. Cloudy with stray showers Greece and Türkiye.
Much of central Europe will see showers and sun spells. Afternoon
showers across most of France, Low Counties, and Germany. Northernmost
areas may stay drier. Frequent showers in Switzerland and Austria, snow
on the mountains. Afternoon showers in Czechia, Slovakia, south Poland,
and west Ukraine. A band of heavier rain in Hungary in the morning.
Further south, mostly cloudy with scattered showers.
Cloud, rain, and wind arrive in west Norway. Rain quite persistent
along the southwest coast. Cloudy and dry in Sweden, but sun breaks in
the south and in Denmark. Morning rain in the Baltic States, lingering
most of the day in Estonia and Latvia. Finland gradually clouding over
with rain and snow arriving later. Quite breezy in many northern areas.
