And a bunch of Silver Express files. Come take a look.

That's the same one I used to register the Silver Xpress door, but the read (4.01) has a different registration key format.
I found one that does 2.8->3.01 ... maybe come grab that one and see if it works on 4.01 .... still looking though, will let you
know if I find anything else.
Looks like the registration system changed in 4.x, the 2.8->3.01 keygen creates a registration code but 4.01 wants a registration code AND serial number.
I found some Chinese hex editor info for 4.01, maybe you can get some
use of it. I uploaded it to your board.

Makes me curious about the history of BBSes in China!
Looks like SE401SER.TXT works (assuming this message makes it out !), it's 1-byte crack that allows you to enter any registration code and serial number.
Keygen is always nice, but a convenient crack ain't so bad either. :)
The SE401SER.TXT written by Chen Chun-han is a nice succinct one-byte crack presumably for a Chinese audience as the text file is written in Chinese.

I honestly thought it was going to be harder to get it working!
Now I am just missing a keygen for Silver Xpress reader 4.01 - I didn't find one on The Titantic BBS, but it seems likely that one should exist somewhere.
