Re: Breyer Horses

For some reason I was expecting living show horses. Bummer.
The models look good. Still I am getting Schleich for home. Yeah I know they are kid toys but they look awesome :-)
Hahaha, did you really have to look Schleich up? They are well known.
Very solid toys if I may add. Some kindergartens are getting them because they
take more abuse than
it seems.
I am just getting them because I like horse things. I love having my bedroom full of horse
figures, since my family never will let me get the real horses in :-) I am slowly collecting
families of Schleich horses because I want to have a mare, stallion and foal of
each breed I like.
Collecting these things is worse than heroin.
I collect knives, mostly. But I don't have a consumist streak for these.
What I mean is if I see a knife with some cool feature or characteristic none
of my other knives have, I am likely to get it. However, I am unlikely to have
more than one knife of a particular style.
https://www.goldenoakstables.com/ offers a collector's club program that provides
discounts with membership.
I checked out this site and it has a wealth of products.

I had to Google the word Schleich to see if you were cussing in another
I went onto <a href="https://www.happyhentoys.com/schleich-knights---castle.html">the website</
and sent a message to them to add their site to my <a href="https://www.recsites.com/">Recreation and Hobby Directory</a>. We'llsee how
that goes.
Thanks for your post!

It does sound like you have an addiction :) That's OK. It can't hurt anyon and you are
helping to keep the economy going. Any other collection addictions?

I'm not sure of the name of this museum, but there is one in
Tallahassee that has a huge collection of knives, but a lot more.
Cars, organs, and a lot more. I assume it wouldn't be too far
from where you live. My wife and I really loved it.

Arelor posts from my board (in Pensacola), which is about a three hour
drive from Tally.... but, he lives in Spain. ;-)

Yeah, I don't like that everybody is setting their own board for themselves and then the board has the founder as their only user.
I like the fact I can let somebody do the hard work of setting
the board up and then use his board. It is more cost effective
:-)
