.Saw where someone is getting back into gigging... I've not played a 'gig' since before Covid. BUT - my wife has started playing bass again and I
have been playing guitar at church since 'mid Covid.' It's been a lot of fun, and VERY worthwhile! We had homecoming last Sunday and we, along
with some others, did the entire music service. Piano player played on
some, different people sung, etc. Was VERY nice to get behind a microphone for an extended time like that again. :-)

Glad you got back into music. Me too! I attended aconcert put on by Marco Mendez
who is a world renowned organ and keyboard artist.I do his website for him and I am
part of his weekly "team" when he does his Zoomclass. I let him know that I hadn't
played the organ during most of Covid.my wife text him to let him know
When I got home, I started playing again. I even had
I started back playing again. At the same time, Iknew that there was an upcoming
event at my local music store where I could play onesong for the group and I wanted to
select a song that no one else would have everselected.
My choice was "Time To Say Goodbye". Wow! Ipicked probably the most difficult song
because it uses a lot of flats, then goes to a keychange that uses C, F and G sharps.
Surprisingly, I mastered it and got a standing ovation.I have been playing the organ
since 1963 and love to play. I kiddingly told thegroup that I tried to get Sarah Brighton
and Bocelli to accompany me, but they neverreturned my text.
Anyway, I am back playing and enjoying it a greatdeal. Hope you enjoy it as much as I
do.
