    It does, I am not sure why the last time it showed red and this time green, I actually didn't do anything except ping it from my BBS prior to running my little script.

    I think some of the packets did go off somewhere else. Can you tell me what your MTU is set for on the ZT interface?

    The MTU is controlled by the ZT network (ie: me) - I've set it to 1400.

    The default (which I think is 3000 or something high like that) was problematic
    (at least for me). I noticed that some transfers would stall - problem with the required fragmentation for those with a smaller MTU, and perhaps some firewalls blocking that ICMP packet.

    Perhaps there was a packet lost along the way...

    There might have been a timeout? Sometimes it might take a few seconds for a path to be found, if the current path expired...
