Hello...

I've been trying to learn rust on and off for a while, but I decided to
sit down and write a BBS program with it to learn.

I'm not writing a full fledged BBS like talisman, but just experimenting
with different things and learning as I go.

At present, everything is stored in JSON files, but I'd like to
experiment with MongoDB later.

what terminal did you use? it looks kind of like it was sending the code
for del rather than backspace

what terminal did you use? it looks kind of like it was sending the code for del rather than backspace

I was just using a Linux telnet package, no terminal software. I figured since it was early days that telnet, alone, might be enough.

It was fun seeing a project early - one of these days... really neat. I love some rust binaries, but I don't code in it at all. Thanks, APAM.
