Well hello there...
Looks like the tunnel stabililty really is sorted, I left two terminals connected to the BBS plus another to nodespy and a few to the shell just watching some logs etc, and over night the tunnels didn't break at all.
I also see that it's gotten some more visitors too, which is wonderful. Thanksguys for checking it all out.
I'm finishing up my documentation on how I achieved it, and once I have itpushed to my website I will let y'all know.
UPDATE:
With a VPN running, i.e. Windscribe, I can now use cellular data as
well, and when it was on WiFi, and I turned off WiFi, the handover was seamless and nothing dropped. This is a huge win.

Yes, you're not wrong! Thanks for the suggestions dude. I also got it working nice handing over between wifi and cellular data now too. Windscribe VPN to the rescue there =)
