• Prescription glasses options

    Hey y'all,

It's been a long time since I've worn glasses. I'm looking for any cool options/tech upgrades I haven't heard of.

If Google hadn't shut them down I would've been interested in Norths, although the tech was in my non-dominant eye :(. I know you can get frames with integrated bluetooth audio, but I'm not sure if there's anything else that I should check out. Looking forward to any suggestions. Thanks!

fatigue but I think they are just useful to help you go to sleep at night when you're getting light coming from ipads, phones, etc. Also the oleophobic coatings you can get on lenses help with the fingerprints and dirt. There are also some lenses that go from clear to shaded when you get into bright light, but I've never bothered with those. I usually use Zenni Optical...they aren't the best quality but they are way cheaper than most places

I'm planning to get a "real" set (I have decent vision/glasses coverage), and assuming they're half decent I'll grab a couple of sets from Zenni as spares.

I got some Warby Parker lenses, but after a year I got sick of their bulk and got rid of them.

I'm currently using some Lindberg frames with Zeiss digital
lenses, and all the fancy anti-reflective stuff. They were not cheap, but I think they'll last a very long time and they look cool without weighing a lot.

I'm okay spending a few bucks on good frames and lenses since they sit on your face all day long.

Yeah, that's good advice. Given my past experience with glasses (wearing them for a month or two, struggling, before just dealing with my natural vision), I'm inclined to go less expensive, although I like the idea of the Hedy frames.
