I WATCHED them go thru some bases, but get discouraged at the *1000s* of msgs.

Of course if we set new scan dates to today or yesterdays, they'd get dozens & everyone would be happy. Maybe they'd be a new tqwNet user.

Then a friend of mine told my that Mystic has a setting or function built in to

It was, but in late-a47 g00r00 added a feature to set different settings so that a new user isn't barraided with ALL the messages. I now have it set to show that last 10 days only, and theres a few other options that make sense too.

Its right in new-user settings in the ./mystic -cfg...
