  • Help with ANSI ad?

    So I had a nice ANSI advert that I exported to all the FTNs... it worked perfectly.

    I've heard issues about using 80column before, but MY ANSI worked fine and displayed on all the BBSes correctly.

    Wham bam bing... I get a few more FTNs, and decide to update my advert.     have seen, my ANSI ad has been screwy for the past few days. So, I've temporarily paused the advert.ini file in mutil, BUT...

    Any ideas how I need to save/fix my ANSI advert? What are the rules that I need

































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































    to follow? I'm kinda pissy, because I saved it in Moebius... [display borked] so i edited out the SAUCE... [display borked] I loaded it in Mystic ANSI editor

































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































    [display borked]... so...

    What the heck was different before I added a few new node #s?!?!? Ugh.

    I confirm that originally your ANSI worked fine, but it's been borked for a month or so. It looks to me like it's word wrapping. Make sure you're stopping at col79. Anything in Col80 might try to wrap....

    Other then that I'm not sure what could be causing the issue.

    P420-- I just wanted to let you know that your 20forbeers ad most recently posted in BBS ads was posted twice. The first one is all messed up on my side.































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































    The second one displays perfectly.

    Also, just for reference, the Haven ad posted there displays OK. However the Bottomless Abyss ad is all messed up.

    Did you do something different on the second posting?

    Yes.. I was trying to iron out what is wrong.

    I reverted back to my old ad, by Xporting one of the super old ones and editing































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































    out the msg lines..

    So I'm back to my old ad - but without the newest FTN node #s added. Beggars can't be choosers.

    I'm trying to troubleshoot my own posting... you can see it in TQW Test. Does it look ok on your end?

    The Contest one. It displays ok on a Mystic BBS but is a big mess on SBBS.

    Yers looks perfect; I still can't figure out how to add some lines of text to mine. :/ Stupid - I must have figured it out way back when I created the file... and am just missing something now.
