$130 and you get get a SLEEK looking case, OLED mini-screen and space for a Raspberry Pi 4 [gigabit ethernet...] and 4 SATA-driven HDDs! [2x3.5",2x2.5"
or 4x2.5"] You can even throw in SSDs if you want the best possible throughput.

Supports up to 10TB drives, and you can run a RAID since they aren't USB drives... we're getting close to 'enterprise' here.

What would I have preferred? An option/version that used the Raspberry Pi CM4 module and a custom-PCB with PCI for faster HDD read/write. If that were ever a

possibility, I think a Pi 4 8GB model [CM4] would give the big guys a real run for their money. These SBCs aren't wimpy, and Argon is already widdling down the bottleneck this the EON... just one step to go, IMO.

If you are wanting a setup like this, and don't mind not having a beautiful case like this, one could choose the Odriod SBC that does have PCI support... but a case by the pros @ Argon is a real treat. They've proven to be high quality with ANY of their Argon cases.

Do you think this is a cool looking product for entry NAS needs? I 100% do.

Yes, I like that two. I know you made the comment about people complaining about this product not being ready for enterprise but I still am on the
lookout for a case/enclosure that can house 4 drives and be mounted in a 19 inch rack.

That looks pretty sharp. I follow a lot of Matt's Tasker and NodeRED stuff but missed that apparently.

I like the SSD support. Was considering adding one to my Retropie setup pretty soon just for the speed gains.

Yes, I like the Argon cases. I have 2 Pi4s and have both the their Pi4 cases, and agree, they are nice cases.

I set myself some rules (too many SBCs).

Next board I buy is going to be RV64GC with the new V and B extensions. The draft ones, not pre-draft versions.

And I won't buy anything inbetween.
