Well, it is weird and my alias so I'm not sure which message it was in or why either.

I must have skimmed by it, as I don't see the message itself. But I use that alias on matrix, and bbses. Not sure how it got into a from in a test message on a bbs echo....

Well, it is weird and my alias so I'm not sure which message it was in or why either.

So that address is a correct format address for matrix (chat) - so it probably does look odd/different to what is normally used in BBSing.

I must have skimmed by it, as I don't see the message itself. But I use that alias on matrix, and bbses. Not sure how it got into a from in a test
    message on a bbs echo....

The origin line of the message will tell you what matrix "room" the message was posted in. (It was the TQW_TEST room). Messages posted there will appear in the echo for BBSes, and any messages posted in the BBS echo will appear in matrix.

There are a couple of glitches to work through, and I may surround each message appearing in matrix with triple backtick (quote), so that any formating is preserved. I may even look at getting ansilove going, so that any messages with ANSI get posted as an image (since matrix doesnt really have CP437 graphics, and a monospaced font that I can find.)
